A grace-fuelled, non-religious community of disciples following Jesus in Canterbury since 2008.

Canterbury Vineyard is based in the historic city of Canterbury and we love where we live. Our church family extends across Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Faversham, even as far as Sittingbourne, Thanet and surrounding villages.
We are part of the Vineyard movement, a family of over 1,500 churches worldwide with more than 100 in the UK. We are a community of people who are genuinely trying to follow Jesus together in the everyday ordinariness of life.
We believe God is good, all the time. That He is crazy about you and delights in spending time with us, however broken or messed up we believe our lives to be.
He loves YOU.
Come as you are. Everyone is welcome.
We have one rule. Be yourself.

From California to Canterbury, via a wine bar, warehouse and several schools...
Jim, Korenne, and their family moved to Canterbury in 2007 with a vision and a calling, and no team and no building. Canterbury Vineyard officially launched in September 2008. We have never looked back.
- 2007 : Jim and Korenne move to Canterbury with a vision and a calling to plant and see God's kingdom come in Canterbury.
- 2007 : Monthly gatherings begin at Bar 121, a local wine bar. Within weeks, 90 people are coming.
- 2008 : Canterbury Vineyard officially launches at Westgate Hall in September.
- 2021 : After a period in a Wincheap warehouse, and 2 school halls pre covid, we then move to Archbishop's School, where we still meet on Sunday mornings.
- Now : A growing church family spanning Canterbury and the surrounding towns. Still the same calling.
